Went for my Injection today at Chancellors, it was very well organised and efficient. We had to wait outside, so dressing up warm was essential, but the welcome was warm. It was amazing to see so many volunteers doing their best and encouraging and engaging in small talk. There was a great spirit among them, akin to the Olympic spirit some years ago. I always think that the UK is at its best in crisis, it’s as though there is a special key we discover that brings out the hero’s in us. Truly when the ordinary every day people of our country step forward there is no one who can better us. So thank you to all volunteers; I look forward to my second jab.
