Well should we be in the second tier or third tier that is the question? I suppose when you reckon up, having recently witnessed the behaviour of some, and how giving people reasonable options, there is only one answer, make it so that there is no ambivalence and we all know exactly what we should be doing and when. Sadly it appears to be the only language some understand, and memories go back to those early days of March when every day was like a Sunday morning! In the end we have an enemy we cannot see but one that if it gets hold of you can be truly devastating and life threatening and now there is evidence of even after recovery people have ongoing health problems. So let’s be in NO doubt
