With Christmas in mind: it appears that the restrictions on Church capacity will not be lifted and so we have to make our arrangements accordingly. As you know around 400 people usual come to the 6pm Mass on Christmas Eve, this year the maximum will be 90! So here’s what we intend doing:
- We need you to choose which Mass you will come to at Christmas and stick with that one, please don’t change.
- We will have 6pm, 8pm, and 10am Christmas Morning
- If families chose to come together as a group of six it will allow us to sit you together and thereby allow a few more in.
- If numbers are overwhelming we may be able to add an extra Mass either Christmas Eve or Morning.
- Next Sunday in the Newsletter will be an application form, please fill in all the details, and choose which Mass you want to come to.
- Invitations will then be issued the week after; for on the time chosen only those with invitations will be allowed into Church.
- I know this is a pain but those are the rules we have to operate under.
- If numbers require we will then consider and extra Mass.
- Application forms through School will be issued after next Sunday.
- Applications will also be able to be made on the internet, full details during next week and at weekend.
