So who won the American election? What is interesting is that this election has recorded the highest number of votes ever cast in USA elections, and although the campaigning has been very divisive on all sides it is good to see that people still take democracy seriously and have used their vote. It is important to remember that there are still countries where people do not have a choice between candidates, were elections are habitually rigged and where not all the folk are allowed to vote.
