God our Father gave us his Son to be the Good Shepherd who calls us to follow him to the springs of living water, where we may experience the fullness of life. Let us bring our prayers to him with confidence.

We pray for vocations that the future of the Church may be strengthened by the faith and hope of those currently training for the priesthood and the religious life. Remembering the Good Shepherd who leads us to places of safety, let us pray for people across the world whose lives are threatened by violence, war and injustice that they may find security and peace.
