Day Thirty nine: Tuesday 28th April 2020

Cycled to Belle Vue this afternoon, that was the distance I’d set for my fitness bike, thankfully I didn’t have to cycle back, just stepped off and collapsed on the bed! however it did bring back many happy memories of being together as a family as we went along to the zoo and then the funfair; sometimes Saturday night wrestling in the Kings Hall and speedway in the season, with stock cars for good measure. Lost track of the number of times we got stuck on the Scenic Railway and had to be pushed down. It is good to reminisce; when you do you usually find the sun always shined in the summer and we played out till it was dark. Wonderful! It’s interesting that everyone you played with have similar memories but added information and their own view of what occurred. The Gospels are just the same, the truth is told, and each writer gives us a little bit of themselves in the telling of the story. That’s the beauty of living our life of faith we love the Lord and show him to the world in our own unique way.
