Day Thirty one: Monday 20th April 2020

Gosh we are almost at the end of April and sad to say that the cycle of News has been interrupted by the story coming out of Nova Scotia of the massacre of many innocent people by a disgruntled person. We have family living in Nova Scotia, so the story grasped my attention, glad to say all safe. This is a reminder to us that sometimes life can be a real burden, thankfully most people don’t go out and grab a gun and hurt people but we can find ourselves hurting our loved ones by our words and omissions and our attitude and anger; it can get worse that we hurt and hate ourselves! So perhaps learning patience and gentleness from the Lord may be something that we can put on our isolation agenda?
