The Road to Emmaus is a story we are all familiar with both from the Gospel telling today and also from our own experience. For the two on the road eventually their hearts burned within them, they were full of joy and had to run home to tell their news. In life there are moments when the voice of your Mum or Dad or an influential person in your life seems to speak to us on the journey of life; sometimes challenging us; sometimes stopping us in our tracks and sometimes allowing us to grow. The sweet still voice of God can whisper in our lives using the voices of those who have loved us or inspired us. Listen!
