We pray for our Holy Father Pope Francis, Bishop John and all those who hold positions of leadership in the Church that they may reflect the kindness and mercy of Christ in all their actions. Lord in your mercy
We pray for the people of Hawaii who have suffered such terrible losses following the wild fires that have devastated their land and homes. We pray that they will receive the help and support they need to rebuild their lives and communities. Lord in your mercy
We pray for all those who suffer from hunger as a result of poor harvests and climate change. May they be supported to feed their families and find ways to secure a better quality of life. We remember especially those who work for CAFOD and other aid agencies, may they be blessed in all their work. Lord in your mercy
We pray that through the many storms and trials of our lives we will always have the courage to trust in God’s love and support, enabling us to never have fear and always have hope in his healing presence and calm. Lord in your mercy
Let us pause for a moment in silence as we bring to the Lord our personal prayers and those presented today in our Parish Book of Intentions………… Lord in your mercy
