As the days of Lockdown roll on there is the possibility that you may very well be feeling bored with your life as it has become, therefore it is good to stop for a moment, take a breath, and re-launch. You may very well discover that there is not much change but at least you have given yourself the opportunity to be back in charge and not just drifting. It is the same with our prayers, they can just dry up, and we may be short of words: let me share these words of encouragement from St Padre Pio,
“Prayer is the best weapon we have; it is the key to God's heart. You must speak to Jesus not only with your lips, but with your heart. In fact on certain occasions you should only speak to Him with your heart.”
