Today should have been the start of the Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes and like so many other things it has had to be postponed. By searching on the Diocesan website you are able to join in with a Lourdes at Home pilgrimage, which involves many of the helpers and Bishop John. I have enjoyed going on the pilgrimage over the last few years and was looking forward to going again this year, there is a terrific atmosphere and the spiritual needs of all pilgrims are beautifully served. Hopefully next year perhaps a few of our Parishioners would like to come? In the meantime we have a great opportunity to pray for the sick and especially invoke the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes and St Bernadette.
