Here we go again with the threat of more lockdowns; apparently the Curry mile had to be closed down because people were out celebrating in great numbers. It is hard not to want to celebrate but this year we have to be particularly careful and at all times safe. Every time something like this happens it is a setback for so many others and automatically threatens the work of the NHS as well as our Police and Ambulance Services. You wonder whether some people just don’t understand that their actions are prolonging the agony. Goodness knows what it will be like if we start approaching the Christmas season and we are still having to have local lockdowns? So spare a thought, think of others!
